ELECTION IN BIHAR

 These are election times in Bihar- one of the worst managed provinces in India. This province has extremely low literacy , extremely high unemployment and hence abject poverty. In terms of population it is the third most populous province in India. Bad healthcare coupled with pandemic has already put thousands in bad condition. COVID19 entered this province rather late when migrant labourers started returning home from metropolitan cities of India where their population is sizeable as they don't find employment in this province. The incumbent government showed worst possible leadership in times of COVID19 and let the people suffer till they perished. Now that government is asking for votes from people.
